I am Sebastian Kremser an am a Mental Fitness Coach, serving as a professional guide to assist individuals in enhancing their mental fitness and well-being. In this role, I work with my clients to identify and modify their thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, aiming to bring about positive changes in their personal and professional lives. The focus lies in strengthening mental abilities and cultivating psychological resilience.
As a certified PQ (Positive Intelligence) Coach, I specialize in the Positive Intelligence concept and program developed by Shirzad Chamine. The primary emphasis is on recognizing and transforming Saboteurs—the negative inner voices and belief patterns that can impede our performance and well-being. Simultaneously, the Sage mode (the mode of the Wise) is strengthened, representing positive thought patterns, inner wisdom, and mental strength.
As a PQ Coach, I guide my clients through the Mental Fitness Program of Positive Intelligence, which includes various exercises, techniques, and tools. I assist participants in identifying their Saboteurs, minimizing their effects, and strengthening their Sage mode. This is achieved through targeted interventions, mindfulness practices, cognitive change techniques, and personalized support.
Participants enhance self-awareness, identify and leverage their strengths to achieve personal and professional goals. The focus is on fostering self-confidence, resilience, self-regulation, and a positive mental attitude.
